After spending five years in various roles at small to medium-sized nonprofit organizations, I founded Lydia Lynn Strategies because I noticed a common challenge: nonprofit leaders are deeply passionate about their mission but often struggle with the strategies behind and demands of fundraising, capacity building, and long-term strategic planning.
